Every year in Switzerland, many motivated students finish school unsure of how to move forward. They have potential, but not the experience to show it. They’re curious, but not yet ready for what companies expect from first-time interns.
Internships and apprenticeships are increasingly competitive. Employers look for digital literacy, good communication, collaboration skills, reliability, and the ability to work independently. These are skills that school rarely teaches explicitly.
nao academy was created to give students exactly this foundation.
Our program focuses on hands-on learning, design, digital media, and modern ways of working. Students develop essential skills through real projects and collaborative studio work in both English and German. They learn how to manage tasks, communicate professionally, and present their ideas clearly.
By the end of the year, students leave with:
a starter portfolio
a clear, confident CV
improved English and German communication skills
real examples of work
a stronger sense of responsibility and independence
Most importantly, they leave ready for their first internship or apprenticeship—in mindset, skills, and confidence.
Every student deserves the chance to grow, develop, and discover their strengths. Our mission is to help young people unlock their creative potential, understand how modern workplaces function, and take their first steps with clarity and confidence.
Enrollment for the 2026–27 school year opens soon. Be sure to get on the waiting list and follow us for updates as we build the next generation of creators, collaborators, and problem-solvers.
